We would like to inform you that based on article 30 of Law 5073/2023, from 01/01/2024 the imposition of the climate crisis resistance fee for short-term rental accommodation is regulated, which amounts to 10 euros per daily use and is charged the resident. This amount is not included in your total reservation and it is paid directly at the accommodation for which you will have a receipt. For example, for a 4 nights reservation, the tax is 4×10=40 euros.
